Job Purpose:
Manage the broking of a portfolio of business, both new and existing, providing excellent customer service and placing business in the most suitable market.
- Identifying and understanding clients' insurance needs, assessing risks, and recommending suitable coverage options.
- dealing with allocations of renewals & dealing with new business enquiries too
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters to negotiate the best terms and conditions.
- Analyzing insurance policies, preparing quotes, and processing policy documentation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborating with a team of insurance professionals to ensure outstanding service delivery.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking dedicated individuals with a proven track record in insurance broking from an executive background, specifically in commercial insurance. You will be required to look after a big varied book of business as well as growing it, as a result of this your salary will be competitive and you will also get a 10% quarterly bonus for new business which is team driven.
