Position: Commercial Insurance Broker
This very exciting role will suit somebody who has some experience in the commercial broking sector & we can be flexible with the product knowledge types you have, this will be a fast paced role for a newly established department within a very well established insurance broker where opportunity for progression will be available!
Salary can be flexible based on experience.

The Role: As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and crafting tailored insurance solutions for businesses of all sizes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and understanding clients' insurance needs, assessing risks, and recommending suitable coverage options.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters to negotiate the best terms and conditions.
- Winning new business, dialling data or leads provided & finding your own new business leads
- Analyzing insurance policies, preparing quotes, and processing policy documentation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborating with a team of insurance professionals to ensure outstanding service delivery.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking dedicated individuals with a proven track record in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Commercial/SME Insurance Broker.
- Experience in any of the following fields, liability/commercial combined/Shop/Office/PI/ etc
- In-depth knowledge of various commercial insurance products and coverage options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII) are desirable but not mandatory.
- OGI experience desired but not essential!
Hours
Mon- Fri 9am until 5pm ( No weekends )
