Job Description: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations, delivering outstanding service to policyholders across the country. Your main responsibilities will include:
✓ Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting with insurance policy-related inquiries. ✓ Providing accurate information, guidance, and support on various insurance products and services. ✓ Assisting with policy amendments. ✓ Resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. ✓ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and company policies. ✓ Ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented in the system (they use the OGI system).
Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively. ✓ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure. ✓ A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. ✓ Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to navigate through various software. ✓ Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry (not mandatory). ✓ A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Hours :
Mon-Fri = Early shift 9am - 5pm or late shift 11am - 7pm (Rota basis)
1 in 3 weekends you will be required to work the Saturday 9am -2pm
Sundays are closed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (office based)
Basic salary - £23k to £25k DOE plus monthly commission up to £200 per month & great progression opportunity's.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
