Here we have a very exciting opportunity to work for a leading Legal Expenses MGA, as a Business development Underwriter.
This role would suit someone with some exposure to working for an Underwriter/Insurer or MGA already who is looking for the next step in their career!
This is in an Account Development role. The role will be focused on commercial and scheme legal expenses insurance, developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships and assisting with underwriting referrals.

Essential Skills/Experience required to succeed in this role:
- Minimum 5 years working for an Insurer, account management or underwriting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working with insurance brokers and intermediaries
Desired Experience
- Experience with legal expenses insurance
- Experience in a business development role
- Experience looking after scheme/affinity accounts
