Job Description: As a Personal lines account Handler, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations, delivering outstanding service to policyholders across the country. Your main responsibilities will include:
✓ Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting with insurance policy-related inquiries. ✓ Providing accurate information, guidance, and support on various insurance products and services. ✓ Assisting with policy amendments. ✓ Resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. ✓ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and company policies. ✓ Ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented in the system. (they use OGI and in future Acturis systems)

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively. ✓ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure. ✓ A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. ✓ Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to navigate through various software. ✓ Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry (not mandatory). ✓ A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
